Wastewater management is handled efficiently with a treatment plant and sanitary fittings equipped with infra-red flushing mechanisms. The tower's choice of materials focuses on those with low embodied energy and minimal maintenance, further reducing its environmental impact while ensuring longevity. Finally, it proudly preserves up to 60% of the existing mature trees, highlighting its commitment to coexisting with nature in a sustainable way.
